Todd is a documentation database that we have built up over time. It provides access to basic documentation and immediate access to updated versions. It displays both “parent” and “child” texts, with access in just two clicks. It is updated on an ongoing basis. This update is based on our regulatory monitoring work. Over 12,000 documents referenced in 5 years. According to our observations, the rate of renewal (or updating) of reference documents (European directives, regulations, guidelines, national doctrine, etc.) is between 25% and 33% per year.

The founder’s triple experience as an auditor, internal controller and company secretary led to the creation of Oxygène des dirigeants and a proposal for concrete, operational services since January 2018.
