who we are

The founder’s triple experience as an auditor, internal controller and company secretary led to the creation of Oxygène des dirigeants and a proposal for concrete, operational services since January 2018.

OUR EXPERTISE

We provide support to investment service providers, asset management companies and all intermediaries involved in the distribution of investment services or financial products, whatever their securities and wherever they are registered. This support takes the form of personalized actions and a strong commitment, whatever the service provided:

  • Assistance in creating or updating activity programs
  • Assistance in drafting or updating operational policies and procedures
  • Assistance in creating and maintaining a risk map
  • Assistance with the creation or implementation of 2nd level internal controls
  • Periodic inspections (3rd level internal controls)
  • Training assistance for employees and managers ("tailor-made")

OUR VISION

What sets us apart is our insistence on keeping pace with changes in European regulations (and consequently with changes in the texts applicable in the countries where our customers are domiciled). This considerable effort is reflected in the maintenance and updating of a document repository (TODD), which enables us not only to access the latest versions of the original texts and their amendments very quickly, but also to base our opinions on correct references. For the past 6 years, we have been issuing a monthly regulatory watch that we can describe as “very comprehensive”.

Oxygène des dirigeants is also one of the founding members of ICCI (l’association professionnelle des Indépendants de la Conformité et du Contrôle Interne). This association enables its members to build up a network of professional contacts. Its members are likely to establish business relationships on a case-by-case basis, in order to respond effectively to a customer’s needs. Historically, Oxygène des dirigeants has forged several partnerships with one or more members for the benefit of its customers.

These partnerships led to a stronger commitment with VERBEO, also a member of ICCI, and the creation of a joint subsidiary called “OSTINATO”.

THE FOUNDERS

Founded in 2018 by two partners, Philippe De Vecchi and ALexandre Alo, Oxygène des dirigeants has been growing ever since.
